Vacuum forming is one of the most cost-effective methods of mass production in plastic available. Our comprehensive range of presses and finishing equipment enable us to cater for the widely varying needs of both the point-of-sale and display industries.
Finishing processes such as vacuum metallising flock coating, foil blocking and matt or gloss coating are available to supplement our vacuum forming service.
Our vacuum forming capacity allows us to complete virtually every type of counter top or free-standing display, with the machinery economically catering for various sizes of products, including:

Additionally, our finishing and assembly department provides the supply of any metal or timber work required to complete production, including packaging, palletising and dispatch services.
